Press Release Storyteller Internship

Position Purpose: 

This is a six-month unpaid internship role that starts August 1st 2023 or once filled through January 2024, for a college student or high school senior.

Role Qualifications:

• Excellent English writing skills

• Basic knowledge of press release writing

• Interest in sharing impact of non-profits

• Strong learning attitude

• Interest in engaging with media organizations

• Ability to work with a diverse team including young team members

Responsibilities:

• College information related to organization's programs and its impact

• Develop Press Releases for organization events, accomplishment and impact

• Share press releases with the media and engage with media contacts

• Publish web posts related to press announcements

Work Hours:

2 hours per week.
